Your package will include the Dell Latitude E5570 Laptop, a power adapter, and a cable for easy setup and immediate use.

Important Notice: Please call or text David in advance at 0221756115 to arrange pickups from New Lynn location. Pickup timings are flexible from Monday to Friday & Weekend with appointments only.

Collecting your order

Make sure you have got the confirmation for collection of order via email or text & Your Identification like driving licence or Passport before you make your way to the store.

Please Note: Order Confirmation is not pick up confirmation, we will send you the pick up instructions once the order is processed and ready for pickup.

How does it work?

At checkout, you get to choose – shipping or ‘Pick Up” in-store' option. If the store has the item in stock, your order will be ready for collection within 2 to 4 hours! Pickup in store is available in Level 2 and below. In Level 3 Contactless pickup will be available and in Level 4 Only Courier delivery will be available.

Cost & timings

Pick-Up is a completely free of charge service!! If the store has got the product in stock, the time for turnaround is 2 - 4 hours from the time order is placed.

If the store you intend to pick up from has not got the stock of any product, our team will get the stock transferred from another store or from our distribution centre free of charge to your local store. During the transfer process, it will take approximately 2-3 working days and we will send you confirmation as soon as the order is ready for collection.

Most of our orders are delivered within 1-4 working days if receiving the order before 2PM Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other factors.

If the original address provided by you is incorrect or if the courier is unable to get to the address for any reason, a re-direction fee may apply. Please check all your details to ensure a speedy delivery.

If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order due to insufficient courier charges being assigned at checkout, we will contact you to arrange additional charges. Higher fees may apply for Island to Island Delivery, Rural Delivery and Saturday Delivery (please advise on your order if you require Saturday Delivery).

Refurbished iPhone delivered the next day. Absolutely flawless, as new looking, and everything working. Battery health was 99%. The package also included a free case & screen protector. The screen protector was the wrong size, but was quickly resupplied when this was advised. Would highly recommend if in the market for a refurbished iPhone.
