Shipping & Delivery Information

We ship New Zealand wide from SmartGear NZ in New Lynn, Auckland. 

All orders are sent with a tracked courier service, and tracking information is emailed to every customer once the order has been dispatched. 

If you have not received the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered there.

Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to activate after receiving your dispatch email, as courier tracking systems may take some time to update.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 4 working days after purchase.
• Delivery time after dispatch is usually 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

This option is ideal if you do not need the item urgently.

If you need your item quickly, select Express Shipping at checkout.

• Orders are dispatched the same day or next working day.
• Sent via Overnight Express Courier.
• Targeted delivery is next working day or within 2 working days depending on location.

If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-direction fee may apply.

Additional courier charges may apply for:

• Rural delivery addresses
• Island to island deliveries
• Saturday delivery requests
