SmartGear replaced a Chromebook screen for us. It only took a couple of days and was very reasonably priced.
I also bought an iPhone but the battery kept draining quite quickly. I messaged them to let them know and they happily replaced the phone immediately. The replacement phone is in excellent working order.

Refurbished iPhone delivered the next day. Absolutely flawless, as new looking, and everything working. Battery health was 99%. The package also included a free case & screen protector.
The screen protector was the wrong size, but was quickly resupplied when this was advised.
Would highly recommend if in the market for a refurbished iPhone.
